Passionate about change, Thomas has based his career on making a positive impact on reducing the amount of energy, buildings and communities require for a resilient future. Thomas discovered a strong personal interest in improving the overall functionality and efficiency of mechanical and electrical systems for buildings and communities. Through his endeavours, he has gained experience in energy modelling, GeoExchange, solar thermal, photovoltaic, and waste heat recovery systems as well as construct them successfully. He has come to manage full mechanical and electrical systems from concept to construction and through to project completion successfully under many contract formats.

Dave is a lifelong plumber and second-generation family business owner. In 2013, he took over Access Plumbing from his father and has successfully grown the business to see 10,000 + new homes completed in the Edmonton area. Dave also started One Hour plumbing, focusing on residential service, and in 2019 teamed up with Curtis Crouse to join with his A-1 Heating. Throughout his ownership of both companies, Dave has developed a unique project portfolio as well as implemented various technologies and processes to run both successfully.

COO, HVAC + Service Specialist

Curtis has spent his entire life working in small businesses. From selling ice cream, washing dishes, running a manufacturing plant to finally landing on owning an HVAC company, Curtis has seen most facets of small business. Curtis graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2006 with a Business Degree and currently lives in St. Albert with his wife, Sheyanne and daughter, Sloan.

Don is a hands-on business professional with many specialties and background expertise in residential and commercial mechanical systems and process development. By gaining significant experience working at the forefront of high-performance mechanical systems technologies within low energy building applications Don has a unique perspective that helps to push innovation within our industry. He has developed an individualistic approach to developing, designing, and installing specialty cold climate HVAC systems within homes and businesses.
